Guilt Free Brownies
Original recipe from Instrupix with minor adjustments. These almond flour brownies are really like the real thing. The texture, the taste, the fudginess, you name it. The only difference: NO sugar, No junk, NO jittery upset stomach, and NO guilt. They are also keto-friendly. Drooling yet?
Let's get started with this chocolatey goodness.
DRY:
- 2/3 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 1/3 Cup Swerve
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Vanilla
WET:
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
OPTIONAL:
- 72% Dark Chocolate Chunks
Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Give it a good whisk. Spread evenly in a small 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
